Order Processing Time
This refers to the time from when a customer places an order to when the seller hands it over to the logistics company.
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may experience delays.
Our warehouse operates only during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During holidays, we take measures to minimize shipping delays.

Shipping Area
We only offer delivery services within the United States (excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and U.S. military addresses).
We currently do not offer P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO, or international shipping services.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number (the tracking number will be valid for 24 hours). Please note that tracking information may take longer to become available during holidays or promotional periods.
Tracking information updates may take 48 to 72 hours.
If you are unable to track your package, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Delivery Delays
If your order is delayed, please email info@onesilohome.com to contact us, and we will promptly check with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellation
We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after purchase. If you have completed payment but your package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order before shipment and receive a full refund.
Once the package is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

In rare cases, your order may be subject to customs duties by the government of your country (not this website), and you will be responsible for these costs. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have no control over the customs of your country or any other country.
